Family Support Worker/Parent Educator—Exciting, full-time opportunity with excellent benefits working with a professional team. Jefferson Area CHiP, a home visiting program, seeks Family Support Worker/Parent Educator with our Louisa team to work in coordination with a nurse to encourage optimal health, development and self-sufficiency for pregnant women, children 0-6 and their families. Provides parenting education, case management and coordination with community resources. Experience in social work, child development or related field required. Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must have reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Position based in Zion Crossroads. May consider less than 40 hours/week if desired.
